How much does shipping cost?

Free on all orders over $149. Flat $14.95 on anything under. Express shipping (1-2 day delivery) is $30 regardless of order size.

When does my order arrive (and how do I track it)?

Orders placed before 10am Pacific ship the same business day. After 10am, next business day. Standard delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express: 1–2 days. Tracking emails go out when we ship and your tracking number is always visible in your account under Orders. Movement usually shows within 12–24 hours of shipment.

Is the packaging really discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No brand logos, no product names anywhere on the outside. The return address is a generic shipping name. Inside everything is vacuum sealed in odor-proof bags, so there's no smell either.

Quality & safety.

Is everything actually lab tested?

Every batch. Each product page shows the THC, THCa, and CBD content, plus pass/fail results for pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, mycotoxins, residual solvents, and foreign matter.

How long does flower stay fresh?

In its sealed mylar pouch with the humidity pack, around 30 days at peak. For longer storage, transfer to a glass jar in a cool dark place. Properly stored flower can last 6 months or longer before terpenes start fading noticeably.

What's the difference between live rosin and live resin?

Both use fresh-frozen plant material to preserve terpenes. Live rosin uses heat and pressure (no solvents). Live resin uses a hydrocarbon solvent extraction. Rosin is generally considered cleaner and pricier; resin is usually more affordable and equally flavorful when done well. We carry both. Full breakdown in our blog.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why are crypto orders cheaper?

Crypto saves us processing fees that traditional cards charge, so we pass 3% of that back to you. Pay with crypto and you get 3% off the order automatically at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

One promo code per order. But rewards points stack on top of any code, so you can apply both. Bundles count as already-discounted and most codes won't stack on bundles.

How old do I have to be to order?

21 or older, no exceptions. You'll confirm your age when you enter the site and again at checkout.

Will this show up on a drug test?

Almost certainly yes. Standard tests look for THC and its metabolites, which our products contain. THC can linger from a few days to a few weeks depending on frequency and biology. Plan accordingly if you're tested.

Do I need an account to order?

No, guest checkout works. But you skip $10 signup points, order tracking, saved addresses, and rewards. Sign-up takes 10 seconds.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link that's good for 24 hours.

Operational questions.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Email support@happybud.co with your order number. Fast — we ship within hours.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We can't accept returns on cannabis, but we cover what we ship. Email support@happybud.co within 7 days with your order number + a photo. How we handle the common cases:

  • Damaged in transit: Send a photo of the damage and we'll replace the item or refund you with store credits.
  • Wrong item received: Send a photo of what arrived. We'll send the right one and you keep the wrong item (we can't accept it back).
  • Marked delivered but missing: Wait 48 hours first since carriers occasionally mark packages early. After that, we'll file a claim with USPS and ship a replacement at no cost.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking stops moving for more than 7 days, we'll ship a replacement while we sort it out with the carrier.
