Depends how hard you hit it. A 1g cart is about 200 to 300 medium pulls. Most regular users finish one in two to four weeks; daily heavy users in about a week.
Disposables are simpler: nothing to charge, just toss it when it's done. Best for travel and beginners. Cartridges use a reusable 510-thread battery, so they're cheaper per gram over time, less wasteful, and let you adjust the temperature. Once you own a battery, carts are the move.
