Do my points expire?
Your points balance expires after 12 months of account inactivity. no orders, no logins, nothing. Check in or order once a year and you're fine. We'll email you a heads-up before anything expires. (Note: your tier status is permanent. See below.)
Can I lose my tier?
No. Tier qualifies on lifetime points earned, and once you hit a tier you stay there forever. Take a year off, take five years off. your Loud Pack or Top Shelf status is right where you left it when you come back. We only have one rule: stay alive. (Your points balance is a separate thing. see above.)
Can I stack points with other discount codes?
Yes. with one guardrail. Points, bundle discounts, the HAPPY20 welcome code, and the $30 referral cash credit can all stack on the same order. To keep the math fair both ways, total discounts are capped at 40% of your subtotal. That's still a loud welcome (e.g., a $150 order can be discounted by up to $60 in combined codes + points). Above the cap, the smallest discount drops off.
Why is there a 40% stacking cap?
Cannabis margins are tighter than your average online store. Without a cap, a new customer stacking welcome code + referral + points on a small order could mean we're losing money to ship to them. which is unsustainable, and means we'd have to cut the program for everyone. The 40% cap means you still get the loudest welcome in cannabis ecomm without us bleeding. Math at scale: it works out fine.
Why are points only worth $0.02 each?
$0.02 per point is the floor. about 2% back at Casual, climbing to 5% at Top Shelf when you combine the better earn rate with bigger redemption tiers. Cash in at the 1,000-point level and each point is worth $0.025 ($25 off). Cash in at 2,500 points and each point is worth $0.03 ($75 off). The bigger you stack before cashing in, the better the rate.
When do I get my referral points?
The instant your referred friend places their first order of $149 or more, 1,500 points drop into your account (worth $30+ at checkout, and they count toward your lifetime tier total). Your friend gets their $30 cash credit applied to that same first order. No 90-day expiry on your points. they stick around until you spend them.
What happens to my points if I return something?
We don't accept returns on cannabis products, but if we issue store credits for a damaged or wrong item, the points you earned on that purchase get adjusted to match the new total. Fair both ways.
Is the program free?
Completely free. No annual fee, no membership tier, no premium upgrade. Make an account, earn points, redeem points. That's it.
